My Invoice GPT is an AI-powered invoice generation service that allows you to:

  • Create professional invoices using natural language through ChatGPT
  • Send invoices via email to your clients
  • Track when invoices are viewed
  • Include payment links in your invoices
  • Attach photos to invoices (limits vary by plan)
  • Access invoice history and analytics (paid plans)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer the following plans:

  • Free: 3 invoices per month, 1 photo per invoice
  • Pro ($4.99/month): 300 invoices per month, 5 photos per invoice, status tracking, payment links
  • Premium ($9.99/month): 600 invoices per month, 10 photos per invoice, all Pro features plus analytics

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send fraudulent or deceptive invoices
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any illegal activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Invoice Content

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of invoice information you provide
  • Ensuring invoices comply with applicable laws and tax regulations
  • Any content, including photos, you attach to invoices
  • Your business relationships with your clients

We do not verify the accuracy of invoice content or provide tax or legal advice.

7. Email Delivery

While we strive for reliable email delivery, we cannot guarantee that all emails will be delivered or received. Email delivery depends on various factors outside our control, including recipient email servers and spam filters.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by My Invoice GPT and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (your invoices), but grant us a license to process and store this content to provide the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY INVOICE GPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any actions taken by your clients or third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Invoice GPT from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Termination
